  1. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add all purpose flour
  3. Add cornstarch
  4. Add salt
  5. Whisk briefly and set aside
  6. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  7. Add room temperature unsalted butter
  8. Add granulated sugar
  9. Cream together until pale and light
  10. Transfer dry ingredients to dough
  11. Knead until dough forms
  12. Chill - 30 min
  13. Pre-heat a clean baking pan - 150°C
  14. Line with parchment paper
  15. Roll out until 1 cm thick
  16. Slice
  17. Prick lightly
  18. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 150°C
  19. Transfer onto cooling rack
