Gluten free low carb crackers, scads of flavour. This batch of crackers will have you reaching for another and another, guilt free. Completely tasty.

  • Shredded coconut icon

  • Psyllium husk powder icon

    2 tablespoons (about 29 g)

    2 teaspoons (about 13 g)

    500 g (about 2 cups)

    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  • 2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  • 3. Add shredded coconut, almonds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, psyllium husk powder, sea salt, water, chili flakes and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  • 5. Press content of TM5 bowl into 2 baking sheets
  • 6. Spread thinly
  • 7. Bake - 1 hr, 160°C
  • 8. Break into pieces
  • 9. Let cool
  • 10. Serve
