Everyone loves a good cheeseball so how about a melty cheese ball wrapped in prosciutto? This recipe is truly decadent and worth the effort!

    INGREDIENTS


  • Cheddar cheese icon
    Cheddar cheese

    100 g (about 1 cup)cubed

  • Red leicester cheese icon
    Red leicester cheese

    100 g (about ½ cup)cubed

  • Umami paste icon
    Umami paste

    50 g (about 2 ¾ tablespoons)

  • Fresh rosemary icon
    Fresh rosemary

    3 sprigs

  • White wine icon
    White wine

    50 g (about 3 ⅜ tablespoons)

  • Prosciutto icon
    Prosciutto

    8 slices

    METHOD


  • 1. Add cheddar cheese, Red Leicester Cheese, umami paste, fresh rosemary and white wine to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 1 min, speed 7
  • 3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 4. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 5. Layer with prosciutto into a circle
  • 6. Scoop cheese mixture onto meat
  • 7. Shape into a ball
  • 8. Wrap
  • 9. Garnish with fresh rosemary
  • 10. Refrigerate in fridge - approx 24 hr
  • 11. Pre-heat a clean large cast iron skillet oven - 220°C
  • 12. Transfer meat to large cast iron skillet
  • 13. Bake until fragrant - 15 min, 220°C
  • 14. Serve immediately
