  1. Line a square pan with parchment paper
  2. Get a clean medium bowl
  3. Add oats
  4. Add flaked coconut
  5. Add chia seeds
  6. Add ground flaxseed
  7. Blitz until fine
  8. Get a clean medium bowl
  9. Add pitted medjool dates
  10. Add peanut butter
  11. Add honey
  12. Mix in melted coconut oil
  13. Blend mixture into dry ingredients
  14. Press mixture into square pan
  15. Chill in fridge
  16. Get a clean medium glass bowl
  17. Add cocoa butter
  18. Add honey
  19. Heat in double boiler until melted
  20. Whisk in cocoa powder
  21. Pour chocolate mixture into square pan
  22. Sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds
  23. Chill in fridge until firm
  24. Cut
  25. Wrap individually with plastic wrap
