  1. Pre-heat
  2. Prepare a jumbo muffin pan
  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add softened salted butter
  5. Add granulated sugar
  6. Cream until light and fluffy
  7. Add egg one by one
  8. Add cornmeal
  9. Add ground almonds
  10. Add gluten-free baking powder
  11. Add zest of orange
  12. Mix gently until combined
  13. Place peeled, sliced orange
  14. Transfer batter to jumbo muffin pan
  15. Bake for 25min until skewer tests clean
  16. Let cool for 5min
  17. Turn out onto cooling rack
  18. Drizzle with honey
  19. Garnish with chopped pistachios
