    1 (about 90 g)sliced

    500 g (about 3)cubed

  • Fresh sage icon

    ½ cup (about 17 g)

    30 g (about 2 ⅛ tablespoons)

    600 g (about 2 ½ cups)

  • Chicken stock icon

    3 tablespoons (about 45 ml)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add fresh sage, leek and butter to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Cook - approx 7 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 3. Then add potato, water, chicken stock and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Cook - approx 15 min, 100°C, speed 1
  • 5. Blend - approx 1 min, speed 9
  • 6. Season to taste
  • 7. Serve
