A very easy, very delicious chocolate cake, that happens to be egg free and vegan. You’re welcome chocolate lovers who want all that too!!

    INGREDIENTS


  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

    50 g (about 3 ⅝ tablespoons)

    200 g (about ¾ cup)cold

    20 g (about 1 ¼ tablespoons)

    1 teaspoon (about 5 g)

    25 g (about ¼ cup)

  • Coconut sugar icon

    150 g (about ¾ cup)

  • Almond flour icon

    125 g (about 1 ¼ cups)

  • Teff flour icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  • 2. Prepare a loaf tray
  • 3. Add extra virgin olive oil, water, vanilla bean paste, banana, balsamic vinegar, baking soda, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, almond flour, teff flour and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  • 5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 6. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to loaf pan
  • 7. Add ice to a clean small glass bowl
  • 8. Bake loaf pan - 25 min, 180°C
  • 9. Let rest - 10 min
  • 10. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  • 11. Let cool until cold
  • 12. Turn out
  • 13. Serve
