Step preview

  1. Get a clean saucepan
  2. Add granulated sugar
  3. Add water
  4. Heat until boiling
  5. Simmer for 5min and set aside
  6. Let cool
  7. Get a clean medium bowl
  8. Transfer syrup to medium bowl
  9. Add juice of lemon
  10. Whisk together
  11. Churn in ice cream maker
  12. Pour in plastic container
  13. Freeze until firm
  14. Scoop
