Method
1. Add golden caster sugar, water and vanilla extract to a clean saucepan
2. Cook until sugar has dissolved - medium-low heat
3. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly (use wooden spoon,not metal)
4. Boil until it changes to a caramel colour and at hard crack stage
5. Pour caramel into baking sheet
6. Pour out onto silicone mat and allow to harden
7. When cold break into shards of bark
8. Place remaining praline into the Thermomix bowl with all other ingredients
9. Cook - 8 min, 80°C, speed 4
10. Cook - 2 min, 90°C, speed 4
11. Divide between serving glasses and chill until set
12. Serve
