  3. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Add egg
  5. Add sunflower oil
  6. Add buttermilk
  7. Add vanilla extract
  8. Mix until combined
  9. Get a clean medium bowl
  10. Add all purpose flour
  11. Add cocoa powder
  12. Add granulated sugar
  13. Add brown sugar
  14. Add baking soda
  15. Add sea salt
  16. Whisk until blended
  17. Transfer dry ingredients to batter bit by bit while mixing
  18. Get a clean small bowl
  19. Add room temperature stout
  20. Transfer liquid to batter and mix
  21. Transfer batter to 2 muffin pans
  22. Bake for 20min until skewer tests clean
  23. Let cool completely
  24. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  25. Add softened salted butter
  26. Add powdered sugar
  27. Mix until smooth
  28. Get a clean medium glass bowl
  29. Add chopped white chocolate
  30. Melt in double boiler until smooth
  31. Fold chocolate mixture into icing gradually
  32. Frost
