Frittata is super fun to say out loud. It's very similar to quiche, but a little healthier (no crust and less cheese) and way faster to make than quiche as well. It's the perfect breakfast dish to make for a group!

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat
  2. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Add egg
  4. Add heavy cream
  5. Whisk together and set aside
  6. Get a clean medium bowl
  7. Add chopped green bell pepper
  8. Add chopped summer squash
  9. Sauté vegetables in large cast iron skillet
  10. Add chopped garlic clove
  11. Add olive oil
  12. Transfer eggs to large cast iron skillet
  13. Season with cayenne pepper lightly
  14. Stir gently until halfway done
  15. Transfer
  16. Cook for 3min until set
  17. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese
  18. Serve
