    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 230°C
  • 2. Add egg and heavy cream to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 3. Whisk together and set aside
  • 4. Add green bell pepper and summer squash to a clean medium bowl
  • 5. Sauté vegetables in large cast iron skillet
  • 6. Add garlic clove and olive oil to the large cast iron skillet
  • 7. Transfer eggs to large cast iron skillet
  • 8. Season with cayenne pepper lightly
  • 9. Stir gently until halfway done
  • 10. Transfer - 230°C
  • 11. Cook until set - 3 min
  • 12. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  • 13. Serve
