Method
1. Weigh all the ingredients before starting cooking
2. Pre-heat oven - 174°C
3. Grease a mini doughnut pan with a little butter
4. Add granulated sugar, all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
5. Whisk together
6. Add egg, vanilla extract, sour cream and milk to the dry ingredients
7. Mix well
8. Add unsalted butter to a clean small glass bowl
9. Melt in microwave
10. Mix melted butter into batter until combined
11. Transfer batter to mini doughnut pan
12. Bake - 10 min
13. Transfer onto cooling rack
14. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to a clean small bowl
15. Mix in milk until smooth
16. Glaze the doughnuts
