Step preview

  1. Get a clean saucepan
  2. Add quinoa
  3. Add water
  4. Heat until boiling
  5. Simmer for 10min and set aside
  6. Let rest for 6min
  7. Let cool completely
  8. Transfer quinoa to large mixing bowl
  9. Get large mixing bowl

  11. Add egg
  12. Add sea salt
  13. Add black pepper
  14. Mix together until combined
  15. Melt unsalted butter
  16. Scoop mixture onto large cast iron skillet
  17. Flatten
  18. Fry until golden brown
  19. Serve
