  1. Pre-heat
  2. Grease a muffin pan
  3. Get a clean medium bowl
  4. Add powdered sugar
  5. Add all purpose flour
  6. Add ground almonds
  7. Mix briefly until blended
  8. Add egg white one by one
  9. Get a clean small bowl
  10. Add salted butter
  11. Melt
  12. Let cool
  13. Mix in butter to batter
  14. Transfer batter to muffin pan
  15. Get a clean small bowl
  16. Add blackberries
  17. Press fruit into medium bowl gently
  18. Bake muffin pan for 5min
  19. Reduce
  20. Bake for 15min until golden brown
  21. Let cool for approx 5min
  22. Transfer batter to muffin pan
  23. Dust with powdered sugar
