  14. Add egg yolk

  16. Whisk briefly
  17. Strain cream into mixture
  18. Whisk until combined
  19. Arrange bread slices
  20. Pour mixture into loaf pan
  21. Set aside for 20min
  22. Pre-heat
  23. Place in water bath
  24. Bake for 30min until golden brown
  25. Serve
