    METHOD


  • 1. Add unsweetened chocolate to a clean medium glass bowl
  • 2. Melt in double boiler
  • 3. Add avocado, cocoa powder, agave syrup, sea salt and orange to the medium glass bowl
  • 4. Blend until smooth
  • 5. Transfer
  • 6. Chill 2 clean small bowls until set - approx 2 hr
  • 7. Garnish with pomegranate seeds
