Step preview

  1. Add fennel seeds to a clean frying pan
  2. Toast in frying pan until fragrant - medium-high heat
  3. Transfer seeds to TM5 bowl
  4. Add garlic clove, dijon mustard, orange, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  5. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  6. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  7. Then add hazelnuts to the TM5 bowl
  8. Blend - approx 3 sec, speed 5
  9. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  10. Add baby spinach to the varoma dish
  11. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  12. Cook - approx 5 min, varoma, speed 4
  13. Then add baby spinach to the TM5 bowl
  14. Cook - approx 5 min, varoma, speed 4
  15. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  16. Mix until combined
