In the traditional Thai manner, fresh rice noodles. (Well they don’t use a Thermomix® of course, but you get it right?) Make sure you soak your rice overnight before starting the recipe!

    INGREDIENTS


  • White rice icon

    350 g (about 350)soaked

    450 g (about 1 ¾ cups)

  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

    1 L (about 4 ¼ cups)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add white rice and water to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 2 min, speed 9
  • 3. Then add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Blend - approx 1 min, speed 9
  • 5. Line the varoma tray with parchment paper
  • 6. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  • 7. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to medium bowl
  • 8. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 9. Boil - approx 10 min, Varoma, speed 3
  • 10. Pour batter into varoma tray
  • 11. Steam - approx 7 min, Varoma, speed 4
  • 12. Transfer content of varoma tray to work surface
  • 13. Slice
  • 14. Repeat
  • 15. Serve
  • 16. Store in fridge
