    METHOD


  • 1. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Boil - approx 8 min, Varoma, speed 3
  • 3. Add frozen peas and fresh broad beans to the varoma dish
  • 4. Attach content of varoma dish to TM5 bowl
  • 5. Steam - approx 7 min, Varoma, speed 3
  • 6. Add water to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 7. Submerge content of TM5 bowl in large mixing bowl
  • 8. Clean TM5 bowl
  • 9. Add fresh basil, mint leaves and fresh parsley to the TM5 bowl
  • 10. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  • 11. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 12. Add lemon, extra virgin olive oil and salt & pepper to the TM5 bowl
  • 13. Blend - approx 3 sec, speed 4
  • 14. Drain large mixing bowl
  • 15. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to large serving bowl
  • 16. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  • 17. Grate lemon into the large serving bowl
  • 18. Top with fresh chives
  • 19. Add mozzarella cheese to the large serving bowl
  • 20. Serve
