    INGREDIENTS


  • Water icon
    Water

    150 g (about ½ cup)warm

  • Bread flour icon
    Bread flour

    350 g (about 2 ¾ cups)

  • Duck fat icon
    Duck fat

    60 g (about ¼ cup)

  • Sea salt icon
    Sea salt

    1 teaspoon (about 6 g)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add bread flour, duck fat and sea salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 6 sec, speed 6
  • 3. Then add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Knead - approx 1 min, dough
  • 5. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to work surface
  • 6. Knead until smooth
  • 7. Wrap with kitchen towel and let rise - approx 30 min
  • 8. Pre-heat a clean frying pan - medium heat
  • 9. Divide dough evenly into balls
  • 10. Roll into rounds
  • 11. Transfer dough to frying pan
  • 12. Fry one by one in frying pan until light golden
  • 13. Keep warm with kitchen towel
