  • Frozen peas icon

  • Single cream icon

    Rustic french bread12 slices
  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

    Method

  • 1. Add frozen peas, single cream and unsalted butter to the TM bowl
  • 2. Cook - 5 min, 100°C, speed 2
  • 3. Purée with MC on - 15 sec, speed 7
  • 4. Meanwhile, brush each slice of the baguette with olive oil
  • 5. Heat a grill pan on high
  • 6. Toast each side of the bread
  • 7. Rub garlic clove onto the bread
  • 8. Spoon purée onto bread
  • 9. Top with cheese of choice
  • 10. Garnish with fresh thyme
