  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

    METHOD


  • 1. Add frozen peas, single cream and unsalted butter to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Cook - approx 5 min, 100°C, speed 2
  • 3. Purée - approx 15 sec, speed 7
  • 4. Prepare a clean work surface
  • 5. Add rustic french bread to the work surface
  • 6. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  • 7. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  • 8. Broil each side until toasted - 200°C
  • 9. Rub garlic clove onto the bread
  • 10. Spoon purée onto bread
  • 11. Top with blue cheese
  • 12. Garnish with fresh thyme
