Serve garnished with chives and cheese on toast

  • Parmesan cheese icon
    Parmesan cheese200 gcubed
  • Leek icon

  • Cauliflower icon

  • Fresh chives icon

    Butter30 g
  • Vegetable stock icon

    Method

  • 1. Add parmesan cheese to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC in place - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  • 3. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 4. Remove from bowl and set asideTransfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  • 5. Add butter and leek to the TM5 bowl
  • 6. Chop with MC in place - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  • 7. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 8. Sauté - approx 5 min, Varoma, speed 2
  • 9. Then add cauliflower and vegetable stock to the TM5 bowl
  • 10. Cook - approx 15 min, 100°C, speed 2
  • 11. Then add single cream and parmesan
  • 12. Purée with MC in place - approx 1 min, speed 5
  • 13. Then season with salt & pepper
  • 14. Serve immediately garnished with chives and cheese on toast
