Step preview

  1. Add tamarind paste, soy sauce, fish sauce, water and lime to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Cook with MC in place - approx 5 min, 80°C, speed 1
  4. Blend until smooth - approx 20 sec, speed 5
  5. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
  6. Refrigerate in fridge
