  • Tomato icon

    300 g (about 2 ¼)cubed

  • Parmesan cheese icon

    90 g (about ½ cup)cubed, beaten

  • Walnuts icon

    80 g (about ¾ cup)toasted

  • Dulse sea vegetable flakes icon

    5 g (about 3 ⅜ tablespoons)

  • Balsamic vinegar icon

    5 g (about ⅞ teaspoon)

  • Anchovies icon
    Anchovies

    METHOD


  • 1. Add tomato to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Cook - approx 10 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  • 3. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to sieve
  • 4. Transfer content of sieve to small bowl
  • 5. Clean TM5 bowl
  • 6. Add parmesan cheese and walnuts to the TM5 bowl
  • 7. Blend - approx 8 sec, speed 9
  • 8. Then add dulse sea vegetable flakes, balsamic vinegar and anchovies to the TM5 bowl
  • 9. Transfer content of small bowl to TM5 bowl
  • 10. Blend - approx 30 sec, speed 4
  • 11. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 12. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
