Method
1. Add parmesan cheese to the TM5 bowl
2. Blend with MC in place - approx 10 sec, speed 8
3. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
4. Add onion and garlic clove to the TM5 bowl
5. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 4
6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
7. Add bacon and chestnut mushrooms to the TM5 bowl
8. Sauté - approx 10 min, Varoma, reverse speed 2
9. Then add tagliatelle, vegetable stock and umami paste to the TM5 bowl
10. Cook - approx 8 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
11. Then drizzle with single cream
12. Season with sea salt and black pepper
13. Garnish with fresh parsley
14. Transfer contents of TM5 bowl to serving dish
15. Serve
