    3 tablespoons (about 45 ml)

  • Chicken stock icon
    Chicken stock

    ¼ cup (about 60 ml)

  • Coconut sugar icon

    ½ teaspoon (about 2 g)

  • Extra virgin olive oil icon
    Extra virgin olive oil

    3 tablespoons (about 45 ml)

  • Garlic clove icon
    Garlic clove

    4 (about 24 g)

  • Fresh chili icon

    1 (about 20 g)

  • Snow pea icon

    ½ cup (about 32 g)

  • Thai basil icon

    ½ cup (about 120 g)

    METHOD


  • 1. Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock, coconut sugar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove and fresh chili to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  • 3. Add steak to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to meat
  • 5. Marinate in fridge - 30 min
  • 6. Pre-heat TM5 bowl - approx 5 min, Varoma, speed 2
  • 7. Then add extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  • 8. Drain meat
  • 9. Transfer meat to TM5 bowl
  • 10. Cook - approx 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 11. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to heatproof bowl
  • 12. Add snow pea and Thai basil to the heatproof bowl
  • 13. Serve
