Step preview

  1. Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock, coconut sugar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove and fresh chili to the TM5 bowl
  2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  3. Blend - approx 10 sec, speed 6
  4. Add steak to a clean large mixing bowl
  5. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to meat
  6. Marinate in fridge - 30 min
  7. Pre-heat TM5 bowl - approx 5 min, varoma, speed 2
  8. Then add extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  9. Drain meat
  10. Transfer meat to TM5 bowl
  11. Cook - approx 5 min, varoma, speed 1
  12. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to heatproof bowl
  13. Add snow peas and Thai basil to the heatproof bowl
  14. Serve
