    METHOD


  • 1. Add fresh parsley to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Fit TM5 bowl to TM5
  • 3. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 4
  • 4. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl
  • 5. Add garlic clove, red onion and chorizo to the TM5 bowl
  • 6. Chop - approx 3 sec, speed 6
  • 7. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 8. Sauté - approx 5 min, Varoma, reverse speed 2
  • 9. Then add canned tomatoes, vegetable stock, celery stalk, button mushroom, carrot, potato, dark brown sugar, balsamic vinegar and tomato paste to the TM5 bowl
  • 10. Cook - approx 20 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  • 11. Then add canned borlotti beans and tortellini to the TM5 bowl
  • 12. Cook - approx 5 min, 100°C, reverse speed 1
  • 13. Let rest - approx 10 min
  • 14. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  • 15. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  • 16. Add lemon zest to the large serving bowl
  • 17. Transfer herbs to large serving bowl
  • 18. Serve immediately
