METHOD
1. Add fresh parsley to the TM5 bowl
2. Chop with MC in place - approx 3 sec, speed 6
3. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl then set aside
4. Add cheddar cheese to the TM5 bowl
5. Chop with MC in place - approx 3 sec, speed 7
6. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to small bowl then set aside
7. Add sweet potato to the simmering basket
8. Pour water into the sweet potatoes
9. Add baby spinach to the varoma dish
10. Cook - approx 20 min, Varoma, speed 4
11. Remove then set aside
12. Drain sweet potatoes
13. Add butter, sea salt, black pepper and milk to the sweet potatoes
14. Blend then set aside - approx 10 sec, speed 6
15. Add onion and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
16. Chop - approx 4 sec, speed 4
17. Then add carrot to the TM5 bowl
18. Sauté - approx 4 min, Varoma, speed 1
19. Then add mascarpone cheese, lemon, wholegrain mustard and nutmeg to the TM5 bowl
20. Mix - approx 5 sec, reverse gentle stir
21. Then add frozen peas and canned tuna to the TM5 bowl
22. Fold
23. Pre-heat oven - 199°C
24. Grease a clean pie dish
25. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to pie dish
26. Transfer content of varoma dish to pie dish
27. Transfer content of medium bowl to pie dish
28. Add content of small bowl to pie dish
29. Transfer sweet potatoes to TM5 bowl
30. Bake pie dish until browned - 20 min, 199°C
31. Serve
