Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
2. Add garlic clove to a clean ramekin
3. Drizzle with olive oil
4. Roast until soft - 25 min
5. Add ground beef to a clean medium bowl
6. Squeeze roasted vegetables into patties
7. Add fresh rosemary, dijon mustard, egg yolk and shallot to the patties
8. Season with salt & pepper
9. Mix well
10. Form gently
11. Cover with plastic wrap
12. Chill in fridge - 30 min
13. Brush with olive oil
14. Season with salt & pepper generously
15. Grill - medium heat
16. Let rest - approx 5 min
