  1. Pre-heat
  2. Get a clean ramekin
  3. Add unpeeled garlic clove
  4. Drizzle with olive oil
  5. Roast for 25min until soft
  6. Get a clean medium bowl
  7. Add ground beef
  8. Squeeze roasted vegetables into patties
  9. Add finely chopped fresh rosemary
  10. Add dijon mustard
  11. Add egg yolk
  12. Add diced shallot
  13. Season with salt & pepper
  14. Mix well
  15. Form gently
  16. Cover with plastic wrap
  17. Chill in fridge for 30min
  18. Brush with olive oil
  19. Season with salt & pepper generously
  20. Grill on medium heat
  21. Let rest for approx 5min
