Method
1. Add sea salt, black peppercorns, lemon zest, garlic clove, fresh thyme, lemon, honey and olive oil to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Mix together
3. Add chicken pieces to the large mixing bowl
4. Toss
5. Marinate in fridge
