  5. Toast in frying pan on medium heat until doubled
  6. Crush with mortar and pestle
  7. Get a clean medium glass bowl

  9. Add chili flakes
  10. Add salt
  11. Add chopped mint
  12. Add plain yogurt
  13. Add water
  14. Stir until combined
  15. Add sliced halloumi
  16. Cover with plastic wrap
  17. Chill in fridge
  18. Grill
