  1. Get a clean stand mixer bowl
  2. Add warm milk
  3. Add active dried yeast
  4. Add granulated sugar and mix
  5. Let rest - 15 min
  6. Add bread flour
  7. Add all purpose flour
  8. Add salt
  9. Mix briefly until combined
  10. Add egg
  11. Mix until dough forms
  12. Knead - 3 min
  13. Add softened unsalted butter
  14. Knead - 3 min
  15. Grease a clean large mixing bowl
  16. Transfer dough to large mixing bowl and cover
  17. Chill in fridge - approx 8 hr
  18. Prepare 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  19. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
  20. Divide evenly
  21. Shape into balls
  22. Transfer dough to 2 baking sheets and cover
  23. Let rise until doubled - approx 1 hr
  24. Pre-heat - 190°C
  25. Get a clean small bowl
  26. Add egg
  27. Add milk and mix
  28. Brush bread with eggs
  29. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  30. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 190°C
