Method
1. Add milk, active dried yeast and granulated sugar to a clean stand mixer bowl and mix
2. Let rest - 15 min
3. Add bread flour, all purpose flour and salt to the dough
4. Mix briefly until combined
5. Add egg
6. Mix until dough forms
7. Knead - 3 min
8. Add unsalted butter to the dough
9. Knead - 3 min
10. Grease a clean large mixing bowl
11. Transfer dough to large mixing bowl and cover
12. Chill in fridge - approx 8 hr
13. Prepare 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
14. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
15. Divide evenly
16. Shape into balls
17. Transfer dough balls to 2 baking sheets and cover
18. Let rise until doubled - approx 1 hr
19. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
20. Add egg and milk to a clean small bowl and mix
21. Brush content of 2 baking sheets with eggs
22. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
23. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 190°C
