Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside garlic clove: sliced
  2. Prep and set aside fresh chili: deseeded & sliced
  3. Get a clean small bowl
  4. Add hoisin sauce
  5. Add soy sauce
  6. Add white wine vinegar
  7. Mix with tablespoon until completely mixed
  8. Get a clean frying pan
  9. Heat vegetable oil
  10. Add prepared garlic clove
  11. Add grated ginger
  12. Add prepared fresh chili
  13. Fry in frying pan for approx 10s on high heat
  14. Add finely sliced pork tenderloin
  15. Fry for approx 3min on high heat while stirring occasionally
  16. Remove with slotted spoon then set aside
  17. Get a clean large saucepan
  18. Add short grain rice
  19. Add water and bring to a boil
  20. Simmer for approx 20min
  21. Let rest for 10min then fluff with a fork
  22. Retrieve frying pan
  23. Add sugar snap peas
  24. Add broccoli
  25. Cook in frying pan for approx 1min
  26. Add water
  27. Cook in frying pan for approx 1min
  28. Transfer meat to mixture
  29. Transfer sauce to mixture
  30. Cook in frying pan until just cooked
  31. Transfer rice to 2 medium bowls
  32. Transfer mixture to 2 medium bowls
  33. Serve immediately
