  1. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add quick-rise yeast
  3. Add salt
  4. Add all purpose flour
  5. Whisk until combined
  6. Add warm water
  7. Beat vigorously for approx 1min
  8. Add olive oil
  9. Stir until combined
  10. Add all purpose flour
  11. Stir carefully until dough forms
  12. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
  13. Knead for 8min until elastic
  14. Cover loosely with kitchen towel
  15. Let rest for 10min
  16. Pre-heat
  17. Grease with olive oil with a baking sheet lightly
  18. Divide dough evenly
  19. Shape
  20. Transfer dough to 2 baking sheets
  21. Sprinkle with poppy seeds
  22. Bake for 20min until golden brown
  23. Transfer onto cooling rack
