  1. Prep and set aside water: boiling
  2. Prep and set aside cauliflower: florets of
  3. Prep and set aside broccoli: florets of
  4. Prep and set aside sundried tomato: drained & coarsely chopped
  5. Pre-heat
  6. Get a clean large saucepan
  7. Add prepared water
  8. Add salt
  9. Add prepared cauliflower
  10. Cook for approx 2min
  11. Add prepared broccoli
  12. Cook for approx 3min until tender
  13. Drain then set aside
  14. Get a clean saucepan
  15. Add heavy cream
  16. Add butter
  17. Melt on medium-low heat while stirring occasionally
  18. Add parmesan cheese
  19. Add mozzarella cheese
  20. Add provolone cheese
  21. Add pecorino cheese
  22. Stir on low heat until completely melted
  23. Add prepared sundried tomato
  24. Transfer vegetables to mixture
  25. Mix until combined
  26. Transfer mixture to baking dish
  27. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
  28. Cook for 8min until light golden
  29. Let cool for approx 5min
  30. Serve
