Step preview

  1. Add water and salt to a clean large saucepan
  2. Boil
  3. Add tagliatelle to the pasta
  4. Cook until al dente and continue - 9 min
  5. Get a clean frying pan
  6. Heat - medium heat
  7. Add bacon to the frying pan
  8. Fry until lightly browned - approx 3 min
  9. Add yellow bell pepper to the sauce
  10. Fry - 2 min
  11. Mix in garlic clove, button mushroom and fresh parsley to the sauce
  12. Season with black pepper
  13. Cook then reduce heat - 3 min
  14. Add plain yogurt to the sauce
  15. Stir until heated through
  16. Drain pasta
  17. Return
  18. Stir sauce into pasta
  19. Sprinkle with pine nuts
  20. Serve immediately
