    METHOD


  • 1. Add water to a clean large saucepan
  • 2. Boil
  • 3. Add egg noodles to the noodles
  • 4. Cook and continue - approx 4 min
  • 5. Get a clean frying pan
  • 6. Heat frying pan - high heat
  • 7. Add sesame oil and vegetable oil to the frying pan
  • 8. Add yellow bell pepper to the frying pan
  • 9. Add shiitake mushrooms and carrot to the frying pan
  • 10. Stir - approx 3 min
  • 11. Add green onion, fresh chili and prawns to the frying pan
  • 12. Stir - approx 2 min
  • 13. Drain noodles
  • 14. Add noodles to frying pan and mix
  • 15. Scatter sesame seeds over the frying pan
  • 16. Serve immediately
