Step preview

  1. Get a clean stand mixer bowl
  2. Add active dried yeast
  3. Add sugar
  4. Add bread flour
  5. Whisk together
  6. Place a medium bowl on drop
  7. Add egg
  8. Whisk briefly and set aside
  9. Get a clean saucepan
  10. Add milk
  11. Heat until lukewarm
  12. Transfer milk mixture to eggs
  13. Turn on on low speed
  14. Mix eggs into dough gradually
  15. Mix for 8min until elastic
  16. Add room temperature unsalted butter
  17. Mix for 5min until smooth
  18. Transfer dough to medium bowl
  19. Let rise for 1h 30min until doubled
  20. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
  21. Flatten dough
  22. Prepare a loaf pan
  23. Get a clean small bowl
  24. Add finely chopped dark chocolate
  25. Add ground cinnamon
  26. Mix together
  27. Spread chocolate mixture with dough
  28. Roll gently
  29. Transfer dough to loaf pan
  30. Leave for 1h
  31. Pre-heat
  32. Get a clean small bowl
  33. Add egg
  34. Add milk
  35. Mix together
  36. Pour glaze into loaf pan
  37. Sprinkle with sea salt
  38. Bake for 30min
  39. Transfer onto cooling rack
