  4. Add white vinegar
  5. Boil for 30min
  6. Strain with sieve and set aside

  14. Add egg
  15. Cover with cold water
  16. Heat until boiling
  17. Simmer for 12min
  18. Rinse with sieve until cool
  19. Transfer eggs to large saucepan carefully
  20. Set aside in fridge for 30min
  21. Remove eggs
