    10 g (about 2 ½ teaspoons)

    10 g (about 2 teaspoons)boiling

  • Hot coffee icon

    40 ml (about 40 g)strong

  • Irish whiskey icon
    Irish whiskey

    35.5 ml (about 33.73 g)

    100 ml (about 100 g)hot

    METHOD


  • 1. Pre-heat a clean mug
  • 2. Add brown sugar and water to a clean small glass bowl
  • 3. Stir with teaspoon until dissolved then set aside
  • 4. Add hot coffee, irish whiskey and water to the mug
  • 5. Transfer sugar mixture to mug
  • 6. Stir with teaspoon until combined
  • 7. Add single cream and orange to a clean jar
  • 8. Shake vigorously until thickened
  • 9. Transfer cream to mug carefully
  • 10. Sprinkle with nutmeg
