  4. Add active dried yeast
  5. Whisk briefly
  6. Add salt
  7. Add warm water

  9. Knead for 10min on medium speed until elastic

  11. Grease a medium bowl
  12. Transfer dough to medium bowl
  13. Cover with plastic wrap
  14. Let rise for 1h until doubled
  15. Pre-heat a baking sheet
  16. Turn out dough on lightly-floured surface
  17. Roll out
  18. Sprinkle with cornmeal
  19. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  20. Assemble
  21. Bake for 8min
  22. Slice immediately with pizza cutter
