  1. Prep and set aside chicken breast: skinned & cubed - 2 cm
  2. Prep and set aside chicken stock: hot
  3. Prep and set aside fresh thyme: destalked
  4. Prep and set aside portobello mushroom: rinsed
  5. Prep and set aside onion: peeled & quartered
  6. Prep and set aside carrot: peeled & trimmed
  7. Prep and set aside celery stalk: rinsed, peeled & trimmed
  8. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  9. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  10. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  11. Get the kCook bowl
  12. Add prepared chicken breast
  13. Add prepared chicken stock
  14. Add prepared fresh thyme
  15. Add destalked, coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
  16. Add wholegrain mustard
  17. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  19. Slice prepared portobello mushroom with direct prep attachment
  20. Slice prepared onion with direct prep attachment
  21. Slice prepared carrot with direct prep attachment
  22. Slice prepared celery stalk with direct prep attachment
  23. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  24. Add peeled, crushed garlic clove
  25. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  26. Cook for 8min with filler cap removed
  27. Add cream cheese
  28. Stir for 30s with filler cap removed
  29. Transfer stew to 4 ramekins and let cool
  30. Let cool for approx 10min
  31. Pre-heat
  32. Roll out puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface
  33. Cut out into rounds
  34. Place pastry on 4 ramekins
  35. Get a clean small bowl
  36. Add egg
  37. Add milk
  38. Beat
  39. Brush lightly
  40. Bake for 25min until golden brown
  41. Serve
