    Method

  • 1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  • 2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  • 3. Add eggplant to the steamer tray
  • 4. Steam - 45 min, 104°C
  • 5. Drain the bowl
  • 6. Add steamed eggplant and garlic clove
  • 7. Add lemon, curry powder, ground cumin and olive oil
  • 8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  • 9. Add salt & pepper to taste
  • 10. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  • 11. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  • 12. Serve
