    METHOD


  • 1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  • 2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  • 3. Add eggplant to the steamer tray
  • 4. Steam - 45 min, 104°C
  • 5. Drain
  • 6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  • 7. Transfer vegetables to kCook bowl
  • 8. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  • 9. Add lemon, curry powder, ground cumin and olive oil to the kCook bowl
  • 10. Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl to taste
  • 11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  • 12. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  • 13. Serve
