Method
1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
2. Add bread flour, quick-rise yeast, sugar, salt, water, olive oil, fresh sage, fresh thyme, fresh basil leaves and fresh oregano to the kCook bowl
3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 4
6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
7. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
8. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr 30 min, 30°C
9. Dust a clean work surface with all purpose flour and gently transfer the wet dough to the floured work top
10. Dust some of the flour on top of the dough before covering with a tea towel
11. Let rest for 5 min
12. Divide the rectangle of dough into three triangles
13. Grease a baking tray, you may need to use two trays
14. Transfer fougasses to the baking pan and cover
15. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
16. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
17. Sprinkle the bread with a pinch of sea salt before baking
18. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 220°C
19. Serve
