    METHOD


  • 1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  • 2. Add bread flour, quick-rise yeast, sugar, salt, water, olive oil, fresh sage, fresh thyme, fresh basil and fresh oregano to the kCook bowl
  • 3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  • 4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  • 5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 4
  • 6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
  • 7. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  • 8. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 hr 30 min, 30°C
  • 9. Prepare a clean work surface
  • 10. Dust with all purpose flour
  • 11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface gently
  • 12. Dust and cover
  • 13. Let rest - 5 min
  • 14. Divide into thirds
  • 15. Cut carefully
  • 16. Grease
  • 17. Transfer content of work surface to baking pan and cover
  • 18. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
  • 19. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  • 20. Season
  • 21. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 220°C
  • 22. Serve
