Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside onion: trimmed, peeled & quartered
  2. Prep and set aside jalapeño pepper: seeded & coarsely chopped
  3. Prep and set aside canned red kidney beans: drained & rinsed
  4. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  5. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  6. Pre-heat
  7. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  8. Get the kCook bowl
  9. Add olive oil
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  12. Heat for 2min with filler cap removed
  13. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  14. Slice prepared onion with direct prep attachment
  15. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  16. Add prepared jalapeño pepper
  17. Add peeled, crushed garlic clove
  18. Add ground coriander
  19. Add ground cumin
  20. Add chili flakes
  21. Add smoked paprika
  22. Add salt & pepper
  23. Cook for 5min with filler cap removed
  24. Add ground beef
  25. Add tomato paste
  26. Cook for 13min with filler cap removed
  27. Add prepared canned red kidney beans
  28. Add canned chopped tomatoes
  29. Cook for 10min with filler cap removed
  30. Get a clean baking dish
  31. Add tortilla chips
  32. Add grated cheese
  33. Bake for approx 5min until melted
  34. Transfer meat to baking dish
  35. Add sliced jalapeño pepper
  36. Add grated cheese
  37. Bake for approx 2min until melted
  38. Garnish with cilantro
  39. Serve
