Step preview

  1. Prep and set aside steak: cubed - 2 cm
  2. Prep and set aside onion: peeled & quartered
  3. Prep and set aside celery stalk: rinsed, peeled & trimmed
  4. Prep and set aside red bell pepper: destalked, seeded & quartered
  5. Prep and set aside yellow bell pepper: destalked, seeded & quartered
  6. Prep and set aside carrot: trimmed & peeled
  7. Prep and set aside caraway seeds: ground
  8. Prep and set aside potato: peeled & cubed - 2 cm
  9. Prep and set aside plum tomatoes: chopped & coarsely chopped
  10. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  11. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  12. Get a clean small bowl
  13. Add prepared steak
  14. Add all purpose flour
  15. Toss until coated then set aside
  16. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  17. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  18. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  19. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  20. Heat for 2min with filler cap removed
  21. Transfer beef to kCook bowl
  22. Cook for 2min with filler cap removed
  23. Cook for 3min with filler cap removed
  24. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  25. Slice prepared onion with direct prep attachment
  26. Slice prepared celery stalk with direct prep attachment
  27. Slice prepared red bell pepper with direct prep attachment
  28. Slice prepared yellow bell pepper with direct prep attachment
  29. Slice prepared carrot with direct prep attachment
  30. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  31. Add salt & pepper to taste
  32. Add paprika
  33. Add tomato paste
  34. Add prepared caraway seeds
  35. Add peeled, crushed garlic clove
  36. Add prepared potato
  37. Add prepared plum tomatoes
  38. Cook for 8min with filler cap removed
  39. Add red wine
  40. Cook for 2min with filler cap removed
  41. Add hot beef stock
  42. Add bay leaves
  43. Cook for 2h with filler cap fitted
  44. Season to taste
  45. Serve
  46. Get a clean small bowl
  47. Add sour cream
  48. Add paprika
  49. Mix thoroughly until combined
  50. Swirl generously
