- Prep and set aside fresh parsley: destalked & coarsely chopped
- Prep and set aside small sweet potato: peeled & halved
- Prep and set aside parsnip: peeled & trimmed
- Prep and set aside carrot: peeled & trimmed
- Prep and set aside onion: quartered
- Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
- Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add prepared vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
- Add prepared fresh parsley
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
- Slice prepared small sweet potato with direct prep attachment
- Slice prepared parsnip with direct prep attachment
- Slice prepared carrot with direct prep attachment
- Slice prepared onion with direct prep attachment
- Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Cook for 10min with filler cap fitted
- Blend for 2min with filler cap fitted
