Granulated sugar200 g

Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 191°C
2. Add the apples to a clean large mixing bowl then set aside
3. Add salted butter to a small bowl then set aside
4. Add water to a small bowl then set aside
5. Add granulated sugar to a large cast iron skillet
6. Heat slowly until completely melted - low heat
7. Transfer water to large cast iron skillet carefully
8. Transfer fruit to large cast iron skillet
9. Mix
10. Cook until lightly browned - 5 min
11. Transfer content of small bowl to large cast iron skillet
12. Add puff pastry to the large cast iron skillet
13. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 191°C
14. Let cool - 5 min
15. Invert carefully
16. Serve immediately
